"What year did you graduate?". I do not put my graduation year on my cv as it can facilitate age discrimination. The hiring manager directly asked me what year I graduated even though the role is not a graduate role, this made me feel very awkward and threw me off which impacted the rest of my interview negatively. Please do not ask candidates inappropriate questions like this. Unless it's a graduate role, its irrelevant.
