I sent in my resume and a few days later i received an email to set up a phone interview for the next day. When it came time for the phone interview the recruiter called 15 minutes late, I was starting to think that she wasn't ever going to call. When she finally called she apologized for calling me later than expected, which I appreciated. I could tell that she had a lot on her plate. I thought the phone interview went really well, the recruiter was a pleasure to talk to. She said that she would call me right back once she talked to the hiring manager to got the okay from him to go on with the interview process (in person interview). The recruiter said that they were looking to start interviewing as early as the following Monday (the interview took place on a Friday). I didn't hear back from her that day, but i figured she ran out of time at work and went home for the day since the phone interview took place almost around 5. I didn't hear back from her until around Wednesday the following week when she told me that they had moved on with other applicants. Even though the recruiter contacted me later than I expected, I appreciated her taking the time to at least let me know.
