This started out with a screening, followed by an interview. They provided an interview packet with tips on how to prepare. It was all advice I've heard but I like that it levels the playing field.
They did not list the salary in the job description, but they did mention it in the screening. Still, it would've been helpful to have that number upfront as some people might choose not to apply. The pay is incredibly low--about a 20% paycut from my last position in a role and type of organization that typically pays less than marketing for a profitable startup. I just found a comparable position and company and the pay was $65,000 - $85,000 higher. Seems like they have very high expectations for this role while paying just a fraction of industry rates.
