Financial questions were asked, specific store duties were asked, The regional manager and the assistant regional manager were there and they didn't make it intimidating, but instead made you feel comfortable. If you know what you are talking about, they will keep it as brief as possible.

Positive experience with the recruiters, my interview was lovely and I was really made to feel like they were genuinely interested in onboarding me. However, I felt extremely blindsided when I was not made an offer and was then countered with the suggestion that I should apply to be a cashier. For context, I have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in retail/hospitality. Also, one of the managers I would have been working with talked poorly about my recruiter so that was definitely uncomfortable to listen to. I just wish there was more transparency during the interview process because it was made out to me that once I passed the interview, the rest was really just a formality to see whether or not it was something I wanted to do.
