initial phone interview, then submitted an online application. A couple days later, went in to take drug test and discuss position and pay. Filled out paperwork immediatly after passing drug test. Waited a couple days then got called to start

Uncomfortable, held in a small room with other employees present. Part of it was held outside a room using a table meant for customers to eat at. They need a more professional room to conduct interviews, they did do a good job checking in on me during the process.

Asking basic questions about produce. Describing your experience working around food. List top selling produce items that sell around holidays. Talked to two people . The first person is over the produce in the market . And he will basically let you know if you are gonna get the job then he will send you to the next person . The next person talks about the pay scale .
