J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sprinto (Bangalore Rural) en mars 2025
Entretien
1. Take home assignment which took around 3 hours to solve
2. Assignment review session. It took 45 minutes for review but don't know what they are looking in the review, I have added everything in detail in document and explained everything on call but still got rejected. Really It was not worth interviewing for Sprinto.
Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Senior Software Engineer chez Sprinto
I was asked an LLD question where I had to design one of their existing products that is already being used by their customers, focusing on its internal structure, components, and interactions rather than high-level architecture.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sprinto en juin 2025
Entretien
There were 4 rounds in total:
Telephonic HR call
Discussion on past experiences + take-home assignment
Review of the assignment with some live edits
Technical discussion with two leads focused on past projects
(Got rejected after this round)
The main issue I faced in the fourth round was the lack of structure and clarity. Both interviewers mentioned they wanted to discuss my past projects but didn’t set any expectations or direction for the conversation. Once I started explaining, they mostly stayed silent and didn’t engage much, which made it difficult to understand what exactly they wanted to evaluate.
I even asked a few times if they’d like me to go deeper into specific projects, but they declined and let me continue speaking. The round ended up being 45–50 minutes of me explaining my projects, with very little interaction from their side. Toward the end, they mentioned that there wasn’t enough time left for the problem-solving part and instead asked me how I would structure a large-scale React frontend app.
I explained the architecture used in my previous company’s product, which was a large, live system I’d worked on for years. I thought the explanation went well. I described the reasoning behind the structure, and they seemed satisfied with my answers. The interview ended on a positive note, so the rejection email the next day came as a surprise.
The feedback was vague (as is common these days), but I found the experience quite frustrating. The interviewers seemed unprepared and lacked basic interviewing or communication structure. It honestly felt like they wasted the round without giving me a fair chance to showcase my technical problem-solving skills.
