Entretien
The interview process consisted of multiple technical and behavioural rounds:
1. There was a brief HR call where we discussed about my past experience and why i want to join sprinto
2. The second round consisted of an assignment where i was given 2 days to build the DB Schema and API Design for the given problem statement
3. The third round was all about discussing around the assignment and some followback questions
4. The fourth round was managerial round where my past experience and work was discussed in detail and was ended by a leetcode medium to hard range question [prepare well for this round, as they go in deep of everything you say]
5. The fifth was the cultural round with the VP where we discussed around my decisions in the past and why i want to join sprinto
6. The sixth and the last round was the HR round

The hiring process was efficient and transparent. Technical interviews were challenging yet fair, focusing on real-world scenarios. The team was professional and communicative throughout. I appreciated the quick feedback and the opportunity to showcase both coding skills and problem-solving abilities. Overall, a positive experience.

Entretien
The interview process was refreshingly unique and stood out for its practical and straightforward approach. Unlike the typical focus on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), this process emphasized relevant, real-world discussions that directly aligned with the role. It all began with a preliminary screening, where the recruiter provided a clear and thorough overview of the entire process. This was followed by a thoughtfully designed take-home problem statement, allowing ample time to showcase my problem-solving skills.
In the next stage, I participated in an online review of the ER diagram, where the interviewer engaged in a constructive discussion, asking practical questions that encouraged deeper thinking about the solution. The entire process was seamless, professional, and positively enriching, leaving me with a strong impression of the company’s interview approach and its focus on meaningful assessments.
