Had to go through 6 rounds of interview for 3 weeks. Each interview stretching from 30-35 mins. Had an amazing experience with the interviewers and panel experts. However, the sad part is that even after they had selected the candidate there were no communication afterwards. It has been more than the month. They dont directly pick up the call always asks the agency HRs to handle everything who are most of the time unaware of the scenarios. A company might go through any phase but they should be more responsible and empathic towards the interviewees. Now I think I have wasted almost a month of preparation, expectations & time.
