The most intriguing and full-of-learning interview process ever had. Highly Knowledgable and experienced managers. The interview consisted of 4 rounds, 3 technical, and 1 HR round. I have been into many interview processes but the one with sprinklr was the most professional.

Product-based interview, Guesstimates, Problem Solving.
I have worked on building and enhancing multiple workforce management features at Sprinklr, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design workflows, and deliver user-friendly solutions. My experience has strengthened my product thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Well managed but slightly difficult questions as per the title. They do not differentiate between upper and lower management. You need to present to CTO also which is quite stressful for a product analyst

The on-campus interview process consists of three rounds:
In-depth discussion of the CV with intense questioning and solving puzzles.
A case study analysis and guesstimate tasks to assess problem-solving and analytical skills.
An HR round to evaluate cultural fit, personality, and overall alignment with the company's values and expectations.
