As with many other interview reviews for this company, I think this is the best way to summarise my interviewing experience with Sprinkler “ After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted the recruiter for an update and was told I would hear back soon. I followed up several times, and still nothing. It has been over 2 months since my interviews and still crickets... I am extremely disappointed after I invested so much time”

Process longer too much. It can take weeks to have feedback from previous stage. For SA you would receive a recruiter call, to ask about culture (do some research in advance), so if he see it can be a good fit, you would proceed to next stage with HM and other SA colleagues. Final interview is a Panel Interview . I had to do it presentially and later role was removed (but it was a assigned to other partner in reality) . Lack of feedback and emphaty with future employee.

Easy process with a few questions around previous experience, technical knowledge. Normal HR questions with a good package, but not what I was looking for. At the end I got a better offer somewhere else which I accepted.
