Lengthy and ineffective, you speak with at least 6 people in three different meetings on your first interview utilizing as many managers as possible. The VP himself speaks with you and demonstrates how he works on multiple monitors to better utilize the software, yet they do not give each employee the same number of monitors, so I do not understand why the VP demonstrated his process if you are not permitted to duplicate it.

Initial phone interview that was mostly behavioral questions to understand my background and why i want the job. Typical customer service interview questions asking about past experiences and difficult situations i have handled.
