J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Springer Nature (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2016
Entretien
Wrote an online application. Did a task that was emailed through to me where I had to summarise journal abstracts. Had an interview with two people in the office in King's Cross. The office is just a few minutes walk from the station and is modern. The interviewers were friendly. Seems like the average age of the staff is quite young.

A typical day in 2021 is very different to 2015.
Currently we work from home and it's all instant messaging and virtual meetings but we're good at keeping in touch and have all the tools we need to do our job.
When the Kings Cross office is open, we have good facilities and the people are nice. It's a global company so you my spend all your time talking with people remotely but there is a staff canteen and coffee shop so that you can also socialise with colleagues based in London.
