Easy, painless and effective in understanding job needs. Loved knowing what was involved from a team aspect and interviewer was confident of the project manager role being a large asset to the company.

BE CAREFUL, DEVELOPERS! THIS COMPANY TRY TO STEAL YOUR CODE!
Recently, I applied a job as developer job from this company. After the first interview, they asked me to do a take home, that’s normal. But, when I saw the asserts, I got shocked as they send me the images/asserts/UIs are all from one of my friends’ company. THIS IS NOT LEGAL! The requirement is very strange too as they just want me to imply the web animation and parallax effects on the site and there is no other functional requirement for this site. I confirm with my friend whether they use this agency to make their site and he answered YES. After 2 weeks, their tech director asked me if I can send him back the code as they want to see my ability badly. I didn’t do that as already though this is a trap. Then when I went to my friend’s company site, EVERYTHING IS PROVED. That site used all images/asserts/UIs this company sent me, but didn’t realise the web animation and parallax effects. There is only a silly logo on background spinning around when user scrolled down on first and second section. It also just got a super low mobile device 46/100 score for performing test in google performing test. What a joke!
So be careful about this company, especially at this hard time! Do not be a thief again, SpringBox!

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to setup a phone call with the hiring manager. Seemed odd to have a first call with the hiring manager, but ok.
Had a good call. Basically a getting to know you call. I sent a followup thank you email. More than a week went by and I sent another email. The recruiter finally got back me...apparently they were out for a week and never bothered to mention it. The hiring manager was out the next week. So a few weeks went by, and a few emails from me. I thought, things happen, people are busy...ok. We finally scheduled another call with the hiring manager, who seemed very nice and professional. We talked about next steps. I again emailed a followup thank you. And now its been a number of weeks, and a couple more emails from me, and nothing...totally ghosted.
It gets tiresome with the unprofessional behaviour. I guess the bad communication is just how they operate. It's really not that hard to let candidates know what's going on, and if it's not a fit, that's fine too...just let people know. There is simply no excuse for leaving people hanging. If this is how they treat potential employees, I wonder how they treat actual employees...and clients.
I guess I dodged a bullet here.
