Easy laid back interveiw with a nice man. He seemed like he wasnt too into the interveiw but just getting through it. He wasnt too clear at times but overall an easy experience

Interview was via Skype. Questions were fairly straightforward. Be ready to share about your experience working with kids, working in groups, as well as how your relationship with Christ started.

The hiring process was super simple and easy. The girl I talked with was very friendly and looked for a meaningful conversation. She was really honest about the ups and downs of working there and seemed really open to any questions as well. Overall I really enjoyed my interview which is staying something cuz interviews normally terrify me. But this was amazing! I highly recommend working at SPRINGHILL!
