I had four interview in total. The process took OVER A MONTH! Like other candidates, the company ghosted me for a week or two. I had four different interview and phone assessment and *ONE MONTH LATER* They send me an email saying; the team's feedback is positive but there was some changes in the role and they need to discuss further. That was way over 6 months ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I guess this is a new way to reject candidates these days.
