After three interviews with the hiring manager and a current employee (interview process was about 2 weeks). I sent 2 follow up emails after the last interview but received no replies. I was abruptly rejected without explanation two weeks later. This process felt incredibly inefficient and disrespectful of everyone's time. (The total process was 4 weeks)

The interview process was easy. The entire process was warm, welcoming and friendly. They covered all questions before I asked and kept me in the loop through the whole process.
