They were looking for a graduate for very little money. The tech test was difficult for a graduate, however, they were more lenient on the second technical interview over zoom. I went on a third, general interview which was easy and calm. After that, they wanted to make an offer but they sent a very long email only demanding hard work and stating their strict requirements, never mentioning anything about the company and how they work or anything else positive. Also, they never mentioned any benefits, working hours or salary. They wanted me to go on a fourth (!) interview to convince them that I am sure I want to commit to such an uncomfortable and intense pace and role!! Massive red flag for me. I asked for more details, benefits, and clarifications. They told me they want me to work MINIMUM 48 HOURS A WEEK!![minimum, I repeat] I declined politely, and they never even replied to me! I would not recommend! They are looking to take advantage of a junior.

For the first you complete a test that they send you. If you are successful then they contact you for a technical interview. The interview will be online usually with 3 members of their team which take turns asking you questions.
