I made it to the final interview stage and invested many hours preparing a presentation that was recorded and reviewed by the CEO. After all that time and effort, I was disappointed to receive a generic rejection email addressed only as "Dear Candidate" rather than by my name. I understand not every candidate receives an offer, but after asking candidates to complete a final presentation, a more personal and respectful response would have reflected much better on the company and its hiring process.

To act like I scheduled an appointment and go into the interview as if I had the appointment with a restaurant owner, but they didn't remember what it was about.
It was a 3 interview process. Had multiple on the spot role plays but if you are in sales already it should be easily done. They were very nice and very communicative.

Why are you choosing to leave your previous company?
The interview process was pretty straight forward, faster than most other companies, clear expectations and decent communication. There are three rounds, and a mock pitch. Similar to what I have gone through at other places.
