Best interview I have had so far. Spot Recruiter Luc Rector reached out to me through Linked-in where I responded and scheduled the first interview. He called me and the phone call lasted about an hour. Very casual call where I "told him about myself", elaborated on my resume, and told me more about the job description. Second interview was scheduled for 2 days later. Next interview included an office tour and a seated 1 on 1 interview with him. This interview dived deeper into my resume, had thought-provoking questions, and tested me with a few creative questions at the end. My favorite thing about the interview was he tried to get to know me and kept the process short instead of taking a "weed-out" approach like other companies do. I accepted the job on the spot. Highest of compliments to the company and recruiter for the process.

It was an average interview process. My recruiter was very communicative and clear about the expectations of the role. I liked touring the office space and shadowing a current employee. It was helpful to see the job in real time.
