I was already known in the sports industry so I was recruited directly from the DOC with an immediate offer to join his academy. We had been previous co-workers, then he was promoted to DOC and choose me to join him in a new organization. In regards to an interview, all I had was a phone interview to talk about job responsibilities, expectations, pay, schedule, and work location. I was given one month to accept the offer ( because I was finishing my previous employment obligations with KHA). I accepted the offer verbally, signed the offer paperwork and joined the club.
