J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sports Direct (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016
Entretien
Applied online and received an email 6 days later asking me to confirm an interview time. Wore casual dark clothes, waited around in store for 10ish mins I then had the interview with the manager in the office. I was only asked basic questions, then I was offered the job straight away and was talked through company policy and how pay would be increased dependent on things like how many "Bag for Life's" I sold. Very relaxed process.

It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
