I applied and turned in my application, I did a follow up call and was given an interview that week. There was 3 rounds of interviews, with the manager, lead and GM.

It was quick, fun and casual with a sense of seriousness to it. I first sat down to talk to two managers who just tried to get a feel for what type of person I was, my schedule, my work ethic etc. They informed me of the benefits and other perks that come with the job so it was really a nice conversation with them. They made it pleasant and smooth. After that I had to speak with the general manager and he seemed really cool and straight to the point.
