Originally they advertised $75k base. After applying for the role and being interviewed it turns out it wasn't a $75k base at all. It was a $40k base with OTE of $75k base. Very different. After filling out this corny "Get To Know You' form and answering some even cornier questions they asked me whether I would be available to start immediately. In the moment I said yes but the apparent desperation did not line up at all with what was the stated quality of candidates and support. After which I check out employee reviews and decided that it definitely was not for me. I was working for another company at the time which they were aware of and I said I cannot answer my phone between 9am - 12pm and 1:30pm - 5pm so I was surprised to receive 7 missed calls from there number between 8:55am - 11am. When I eventually spoke with them and declined they then continued to give me subtle verbal abuse saying I was making a terrible decision.
