I recently went through the interview process with Spoki for both AI Engineer and Backend Engineer roles, and it was a great experience overall. From day one, the HR team was very responsive and clearly explained the role and expectations. Even though I initially applied for the AI Engineer position, they were kind enough to consider me for a Backend Engineer role as well. The interviews felt like true developer-to-developer conversations and very insightful, practical, and focused on real understanding rather than just theory. Although I didn’t make it to the final offer, I’m genuinely happy with the experience and the learning I gained through the process.
