The recruiter screening process started as a regular HR screening and lastly I remember myself trying to explain the bubble sort algorithm. It seemed the HR had developed his skills :)) Why would you do that really? All the interview took around 30-40 mins. Very positive attitude followed up by a thank you mail. Felt like a no loss for me.
