      J'ai passé un entretien chez Spoke

      Step 1 - Call with the Recruiter Step 2 - Design Challenge Step 3 - Call with the Head of Marketing. Overall I had a good experience with the Process. The design challenge was paid and I got a very positive reaction from it, however, I did not have the chance to present the work as they told me I would. Unfortunately, step 3 didn't go well, it seemed that I was being set up for failure. A lot of questions were related to marketing and not design. The feedback I got from the interview was vague. I think it would be better to have step 3 before the challenge. I would not even bother to put in the work.

      Hi there, I'm really glad to hear that, overall, you had a good interview experience with us. We really do strive to make the whole process as fun and interesting as possible! I'm sorry to hear that the communication regarding how the design challenge was to be submitted was not clear. I will revisit the design brief we share with candidates and ensure this is more clearly emphasised. However, you did really well in the design challenge and we liked your submission, which is why we progressed you to the final stage! Regarding the final stage interview (step 3) - we are a small team here at Circuit (there were ~25 of us at the time we were hiring for this role), and we all work as individual contributors and operate at a "Senior" level. This means we manage our workload and projects end-to-end, and because of this, we often look for people who have worked in similar environments and have a broad range of skills too. I am also sorry to hear that you did not feel that the feedback was in-depth enough for you - this is something that as a team we really put a lot of emphasis on providing, so I am very keen to rectify this! I know that it has been a while now (we are not big users of Glassdoor, so I have only just picked this message up) but please do reach out to me and I will be more than happy to give you more feedback. I do recall that we thought you had a great interview and that it was not an easy decision to make! But I am sure that we would love to speak to you in the future when we are growing the team again.
