There were 5 steps interview from technical side from the peer to managers and directors. It was rather a long process but quick response was provided from each step and the interview process was transparent and clear for the next step.

Took 4 weeks! First with recruiter! Then, I interviewed with 2 Peers for a 1st Technical Interview. The following day, I interviewed with 2 Peers again for a 2nd Technical Interview. Both Technical Interviews, I answered over 92-95% of the questions correctly. And I was ghosted. They will not respond to my emails for an update...until about 3 weeks after the second technical interview. I will never apply at splunk again. And I don't recommend it. If you can ace 2 technical interviews and be ghosted...I don't understand that. I really regret applying at Splunk. Waste your time at your own risk!
