Applied online, was contacted by the recruiter. Setup two 45 minute phone interview one after the other.
First one had pretty standard algorithmic questions. The second interview was focused more on C fundamentals.

3 phone interviews to ask some technology question and ask for coding, each one is half an hour. Then we ask some skill have and project done. it takes about 1 month long.
