Technical Assessment: I completed a design challenge, creating a short animation to demonstrate my creative and technical skills. Interview 1: I had a 40-minute interview with a member of the product design team, discussing my experience to find a fit within the role. Interview 2: A second round with project manager focused on my Understanding of the skills required for the role .I presented a past project, explaining my design decisions, and received constructive feedback. I did not receive a offer after that. Conclusion: The process was well-organized and thorough, with a focus on both technical ability and creative fit. Rating: 7/10.
