It was very unformal. Was connected through word of mouth. Interviewed at one of their stores because it was more local at the time. Had a working interview where I basically worked for free.

Phone interview (already vouched for by current employee) offered job and re location package. Interviewed for position but was hired on for a different position once I relocated. Actual interview was done by the executive assistant and not the HR team.
