The initial phone with the recruiter was extremely positive, with general availability questions and interview questions e.g. why recruitment. The next stage was an MS teams interview with a bit more in-depth, still more like a conversation. Final stage I had to give a presentation to the Assoc director and manager, still welcoming. Whole process took about 3 weeks
