First step was call with recruiter, then in person with direct manager, then in person again with manager, and two other members in the marketing department, then a final call with HR and one finance leader.

Phone screen was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager.
Then there was another phone interview with the HR director. I guess it makes sense to combine HR and the hiring manager into one, but it is probably difficult to schedule.
