Spin Master was founded in 1994 by two childhood friends, Ronnen Harary and Anton Rabie, soon after graduation from The University of Western Ontario. Ben Varadi, a classmate of Anton's from The University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of business, joined the Company subsequently in 1994.

Received a screening phone interview from HR. Went through my resume and asked about nearly all projects that I did. Explained to me about the program and how many people they intended to hire. The entire phone call took about 30-45 mins.

met the representatives on campus. had an interview at their office in culver city with few of their representatives and after few months had the final interview with all other representatives again at the same place. It seems like that the office has a friendly environment specially at the engineering section. However, they are really bad in replying back to your emails and it always take them at least few days to reply back to you.
