Started with a recruiter reaching out, then moved on to the Director of Associates that the role would be reporting to. Then had a call with a Senior Associate. After progressing through that moved on to the head partners in the Stamford office - had a video call with each and then met in person. This all unfolded over a long 4 months.

4 stages - virtual interview with CHRO 30 min, case study 1 week, virtual interview with Research Director 40-60min, face to face interview with Consultants. Communication was good, I was informed at every stage about the progress and never left wondering about the status of my application. The CHRO made it a point to check in after the 3rd stage, which was a surprise but definitely boosted the candidate experience. But I found some questions at the 3rd stage contentious and also wasn't given a chance to explain my case study response.
