When I interviewed it was done by the store manager at the store I applied at. Now it is done by a recruiter in several different stores. They do a background check and reference check. They go over policies and where the company is headed and where they plan on being as a whole. They do truly get to know you and what your needs are.

Where did I see myself in 5 years if hired with the company?
Easy. Just be upfront and honest and they are very lenient. You'll be talking to a lot of people, but its very relaxed. Id recommend if anyone needed a quick job.

Very short and intense questions. Customer service based but still quite a lot of questions. Maybe it was just me and didn’t know how to answer I was very nervous I’m not sure but it seemed intense

clueless manager didnt ask anything work related wanted to know more about the people at my other job and if they would want to work here but never asked me because she knew who they were
