I aplied online and got a called for a first interview the next day. Then they scheduled me for a second interview the next week with the District Manager who was the person making the decision to go forward or not. After that was just waiting two more days for the background check to come thru.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

Entretien
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
