I received an offer of employment from a recruiter named Josh for an Inside Sales role. I told him I would take some time to consider the offer. After 4 days (they said I could take 7 days to consider), I received an email threatening to rescind my offer, in the most condescending tone, from a totally uninvolved person named DeeAnn Saro. Having been a recruiter myself, I guarantee of this behavior is produced by a toxic work environment. I withdrew my application. I recommend that any applicant avoid any positions this DeeAnn Saro is responsible for recruiting for, as a toxic recruiter builds toxic departments. To Spectrum's HR I say this: Sales professionals are people too, and we also have feelings. I will not tolerate being treated as inferior and I will not grovel for a job.

The interview process was smooth and easy! I had previously worked with the company when it was Time Warner Cable! They knew about sales performance and professionalism. I had left within a year and came to work with in a lower position. My previous position was relocated to a different city and state
