Got email from recruiter for phone interview. The phone interview happened to be with a different recruiter, who had interviewed me two weeks prior for a similar position. She acted like she had no idea (yeah, sure.) Got an invite for another "virtual" (HireVue) where you record yourself answering four questions and submit. This right here should have been a red flag, as they are too lazy to show up for even a MS Teams or Zoom interview, and have AI "determine" who gets to meet an actual person. The recruiter mentioned how this was "only offered to the top 10%" and how I should feel lucky if I got an invite. Should have known by their horrible internet service that their hiring process would be just as asinine.
