This was for spectrum Mobile. You can expect an introductory phone call about the role and interview process from a recruiter. After that it will be followed by a video call from the recruiter for behavioral and basic questions.
Then if successful, you'll be invited for an in-person interview with a sup/manager. It's an on-site role.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
