You’ll have to complete a long application. Then you’ll have a phone interview. Then you will meet with the team lead and another Senior supervisor. They will give you a call later if he got the position. You’ll have to be in a training class, so there will be multiple people interviewing.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
