Initial phone screening with recruiter progressed to in person (back to back) interviews with the different design hiring teams each represented by the associated managers and supervisors. In person interviews appeared to follow a corporate worksheet of standard questions. Most questions were situational and they favored answers that related to GIS use but we're open to other professional experiences that demonstrated comprehension of concept.
