The staff was nice enough, not rude but didn't seem excited to interview me despite being perfectly qualified. I did not get the position in 2020. In 2022, they sent me a a ridiculous amount of recruiting emails and texts for the same position. It felt impersonal and like a slap in the face considering they'd already had the opportunity to bring me aboard. No thanks.

They asked me very specific questions about advertising channels and digital marketing (the position was for Spectrum Reach).
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
