I received a text message to complete an initial series of questions via text. Once I completed those questions, I was directed to a virtual interview. The interview is pre-recorded and has to be completed in 72 hours. There were three questions. The questions are basic, however, you are not allotted enough time to answers the questions in a detailed manner. Prior to applying, I ensured that my qualifications matched the job description and also reflected detailed information on my resume. However, even with all of my experience and degree and even with working in a current similar role for a different company, I received an email next day saying that the company was going with other candidates. It is to the point, where you wonder, if its a lack of diversity and inclusion training amongst those reviewing the videos. There are better companies out there. Don't waste your time.
