The entire process took about two weeks. It was easy, maybe the least painful interview experience ive ever had and im in another state! Thanks to COVID, it was mostly a phone interview then video interview.

How have you dealt with a difficult situation in the workplace?
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
