Applied for the position and got an interview three days later. Interview was smooth—most questions revolves around prior sales/customer service experience. Two role play scenarios but weren’t bad. Got offered the job the very next day.

One interview with a recruiter over zoom that acts a screening and an overview of what the job looks like. Next round is an in person interview with a sales supervisor talking about experience and sales.

Interview involved online exam followed by in person interview. The interviewer was chill and personal. Very smooth process. I would recommend coming well dressed and clean cut. Seemed to have gone a long way for me.
