Apply through school, online behavioral(automated), online on site(behavioral). The overall process was good, they don't waste time like other local companies in Charlotte. No complaints, just know stuff about the company and know your resume so you can have some talking points. Be personable, that's about it.

Did two interviews, one pre interview and one with the team and the questions were mostly behavioral. Definitely need to ask good questions about recent company developments and practice common interview questions

Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then a technical interview with mostly behavioral questions, then a final HR round. Took a couple of weeks in total. They communicated pretty well the whole time.
