Apply online very simple process. Automated email acknowledging receipt of information almost immediately. They called roughly 2 weeks after application to schedule phone interview, then reached initial phone interview to establish if I would move on in the process. That was followed by an email to schedule a "live" interview with the same person that did phone interview. I did not move on in the process but he indicated that there would be another interview with the next position up or HR depending on availability.
