Initial interview with HR was easy and straight forward. Afterwords, I was required to take an hour and a half worth of assessments and wasn’t granted a second interview with the actual hiring manager. Huge waste of time. If you are applying from outside the company with no referral, be weary of wasting your time with this process.

I met with the sales manager and it was a straight forward sales interview process. Ensure you are ready to explain your sales process including prospecting route planning and how you close a deal.
3 Steps; Recruiter - Hiring Manager - Hiring Manager's Boss. Recruiter was about 15 minutes, moved me to stage 2. Hiring Manager was in person, about 1 hour, Hiring Manager's boss was virtual (the toughest interviewer)

they asked questions, then more questions. I answered the questions. Then i asked questions I had about the role & company. Rinse & repeat. The wheel of time, etc. Questions were about previous role & my work experience
