      Pretty standard interview - basic questions, how would you handle certain situations w/clients. Very thorough, first interview was via phone, scheduled interview for the next morning to meet face to face - there was a group of us, they told us about the company and requirements of the position, they took us for one on one interviews after that, both the interviewers I had were very thorough in not only asking me about different experiences, how would you handle this situation, tell me about a time when, tell me something you did to make yourself better for x company, pretty standard questions to make sure they find the right fit. All in all I think it was a great experience and very professional - they are looking for people who will benefit their company and need to make sure the person they hire will fit their needs.

      Tell me about a time when you had to handle an upset customer, what happened and how did you resolve it. Tell me about a time when you had trouble with a situation at work - how did you resolve it. How do you feel about helping people troubleshoot their equipment - can you tell me how you would try to resolve an issue with someone whose equipment is not working properly. Availability (Are there limitations to your schedule, is it flexible) Mostly the standard questions you would think they would ask regarding the position you are applying for. Also asked me if there were questions I had about the position which there was - I was interested in finding out what a day in the life is like - how they felt the company represents them, do they enjoy it, and how long have they been with them.

      I was interview by three individuals. I passed the assessment test first. There were 2 more candidates waiting to be interviewed including myself. My face-to-face interview lasted about 15 minutes. My online assessment took about 90 minutes to complete.

      Though I passed extensive pre-screening exams and questionnaires and was told this last interview was a formality before starting training; I was rushed through the process and then ushered out through the back door. I believe it had to do with my ethnicity, as they seemed to have me wait to be interviewed by various others in the company that were of the same race and gender as I. I do not think they are open to hiring overly qualified individuals that may "threaten" their position in the company.
