The interviewing process was super easy. What they were looking for and how they handled it was hard. I got there 15 min before my interview and they were already 2 other ladies there. I had asked them how long was they sitting there and they said about an hour. After that I had 45 min of a wait time because apparently they was backed with interviews only 2 other girls was being interviewed and then they called us to the back. The other 2 girls got the face to face interview and I sat there another 15 min waiting for mine. So they call me to do the solve the issue interview. Then still after that I had to wait another 30 min to do the face to face interview and the other girls was done with theirs and they was getting the tour. By the time I got back there I was done with the company. Had a 2 min face to face and then the tour. The name might have changed but they professionalism was still the same. Garbage.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
